Cataloochee is our favorite place to camp at in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. The main reason is because of the elk herd that lives in the valley and that occasionally walks around the campground. 

We try to visit at least twice a year, for early spring flower season and for the elk rut. We met this elk bull one evening during one of our visits. He was magnificent.

This elk painting is available through here and through Trackside Studios in the River Arts District in Asheville.

If you receive a damaged item, please contact me at hello@cristinagarciaart.com, with a photo of the damaged item within 48 hours to be eligible for a return.
