What do bears dream about? I have no idea but I'd like to think they dream about vibrant spring flowers, colorful summer berries, and clean mountain creeks. This black bear oil painting is my interpretation of those dreams.

We are very lucky to live in a place where bears roam around freely. We keep our yard wild with lots of native trees and bushes and we also keep it dark. This has created a perfect place for bears to stop by for a nap, to eat our acorns, or even to indulge in a refreshing dip in our pond.

I'd like to think our bears dream about our yard.
