Please allow 2-3 business days for handling. Shipping typically takes between 3-7 business days, but during holiday season, it could be between 5-10 business days for shipping. Shipping times will vary depending on the carrier. Your individual tracking number will have the most up to date information on when to expect delivery of your new piece.
If you package is lost in transit, please contact me via hello@cristinagarciaart.com within 48 hours.
If you receive a damaged item, please contact me at hello@cristinagarciaart.com, with a photo of the damaged item within 48 hours to be eligible for a return.
I am not responsible for any VAT, import fees or other duties that your local government may charge you upon delivery.
